     Monthly activities: It is compulsory to hold a meeting in the Union Parishad every month, in which monthly meetings, called monthly meeting, are given below in brief languages:
1. To help the administration in this regard, highlight both the law and order situation in the area.
2. All types of development plans
3. All the works done for the greater public interest
4. Know all the outstanding accounts of Union Parishad
5. Preparation and implementation of various developmental works in the union.
6. In the monthly meeting of the union council, through the various mechanical committees for the development of peace, order, tree planting, education, health, sanitation and pure water supply in the area.
7. If any government grants are to be decided in the month then-
8. VGF VGD, decision making in the meeting for the implementation of projects and implementation of the project for all development projects.
9. Discuss all kinds of taxes, rates, calculations for free.
10. Ordering the responsibilities of all employees.
11. If there are incidents of cyclone, flood, theft, robbery and women's deprivation, then take remedial measures immediately.
12. Talk about whether the village court works properly.
