Organizational Structure: There are 10 to 25 thousand people in the general one (1) union. Each union is divided into 9 wards. The council was formed with a chairman and 12 members of the Union Parishad. It is one of the most important organizational structures at the grassroots level. The Chairman Union is run by the voters and one ward from every ward of 9 wards is voted by the respective wards. In addition to the reserved seats for women, each union is divided into three groups and three women are elected
